An outstanding hire option for fast-moving foodservice operators, each model in the BL range will preserve the taste, appearance and quality of your food. The four pre-set programmes, meanwhile, gives you full control over the performance.
In fact, the BL Blast Chiller / Freezer range is brimming with features. All four models in our rental range, for example, have self-closing doors and fan-assisted cooling, as well as a temperature probe. In terms of capacity, the cabinets accept three shelves, 1/1 Gastronorm or 60 x 40 Euronorm pans (depending on model). Pans and shelves, however, are not supplied.
