The Fri-Jado Hot Deli square deli counter is available in 3, 4 & 5GN pan sizes. These hot deli display unit are very versatile being able to work as a standalone, plug and play unit with matching stand; built into an existing counter, and/or combined with cold deli unit.
The deli counter unit can be installed anywhere with access to a single-phase socket.
Our premium units feature independent upper radiant heat to control humidity over each GN-section. The humidification levels has 4 settings, to ensure ideal holding conditions – this means you can hold fresher food longer. The mild airflow also allows you to set different humidity levels enabling you to hold and display a more versatile range of food products.
The heated merchandiser comes with halogen lighting and has mirrored sliding doors on the operator’s side which enhances the appetising product display.
An easy to read digital control panel is simple to use to set the unit and maintain a constant temperature of 65°C.
