Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra Veg Prep Machine - The 1-speed CL50 Ultra Vegetable Preparation Machine is ideal for slicing, ripple cutting, grating, dicing, shredding & making french fries from all types of fruit & vegetables, as well as grating cheese. Processing whole fruits and vegetables has never been easier with the Robot Coupe vegetable prep machine. Takes all the effort out of prep work in a busy kitchen environment.
The Robot Coupe CL50 Ultra food processor has an operating time of up to 250kgs/ hr and is available in either single phase or three phase. Capable of preparing enough food stuffs for 20 to 300 covers.
This Robot Coupe food processor has a large hopper with a surface area of 139 cm² capable of taking larger vegetables, such as cabbage and celeriac and can also cope with 10 tomatoes at a time, there is also a cylindrical hopper which is 58mm for processing long or delicate vegetables, cucumber, courgettes & gherkins. The polycarbonate motor base is designed to withstand the processing of large quantities, the new lid shape eliminates nooks and crannies where food can accumulate.
Strong durable and easy to clean the Robot Coupe vegetable prep machine will meet your everyday vegetable preparation requirements. Ideal for delicatessens schools caterers pubs hotels sandwich bars and restaurants the large hopper allows bulky vegetables such as lettuces and cabbages to be processed whilst the cylindrical hopper is ideal for processing long or delicate vegetables including cucumbers and mushrooms. The clean lid design also means no nooks and crannies for food residue to accumulate in whilst the safety function stops the machine from operating when the hopper is opened. This Robot Coupe food processor also features an automatic restart when the pusher closed making it perfect for cutting both hard and delicate product. Discs not included.
The unit comes fitted with a standard IE 13 amp plug fitted.
