All the units are designed to mix and match along with other hot and cold mcc display units. With inline or drop-in options for your own store configuration the plug and go counters can be used as a stand-alone unit for easy to grab and go food display to maximise impulse purchases.
They provide up to 75% more product visibility given that they have 360° transparent sides and tops, as well as slim glass floating shelves: optimising the customers visibility of your products. The thermo insulated glass panels provide increased insulation, and humidification, combined with the patented hot blanket holding technology keeps products warm at around 65° and prevents them from drying out.
The patented hot blanket holding system, air curtain technology and hot air recycling work together to keep your food products longer at a stable temperature; this combined with the precise humidity control maximises food safety while increasing shelf life, improving the look of the food for longer resulting in less waste & more repeated sales. This technology also delivers up to 20% in energy savings.
These innovative hot units are available in three (3) serve options:

- MCC Hot self-serve with open display for easy grab and go
- MCC Hot self-serve humidified with doors on the customer side
In addition, each heated display cabinet has long-life LED lighting, and DC fans; this combined with the excellent insulation makes them highly sustainable and low in energy use.
