Commercial Air Frying for High-Volume Kitchens

Built for professional foodservice environments, this commercial air fryer delivers the speed and consistency of deep frying—without oil. Designed for delis, forecourts, fast-casual restaurants and contract catering, it supports rapid food turnaround while producing crisp, evenly cooked results batch after batch.

Food is cooked inside a sealed stainless-steel chamber using a two-stage process: steam to cook through, followed by high-temperature dry air to finish and crisp. A rotating basket ensures even colour and texture across every load, reducing waste and re-fires during busy service periods.

With throughput of up to 32 kg per hour and no recovery time between batches once up to temperature, this commercial air fryer is engineered for kitchens where speed, consistency and operational flow matter. Fries, breaded products and finger foods are delivered in minutes—without the cost, handling or fire risk associated with hot oil.

Running on a 400V three-phase supply, this unit is designed to integrate into commercial kitchen infrastructure, not domestic sockets. No oil purchasing, filtering or disposal. Less mess.
