David joined CRS in 2023 as Group CFO. Prior to joining the Group, David worked for 12 years as CFO of CT Automotive plc, building out their finance function as they expanded into a global business supplying OEM’s across multiple continents, before successfully floating the business on AIM.

Prior to that, he worked in the Corporate Finance arm of BDO advising clients on M&A and strategic finance, having earlier qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
