Graeme joined CRS in 2015, initially as General Manager, UK Refrigeration, before working as Group COO and most recently Group CEO since 2020. He has worked in that time to continue to grow the business, particularly in the UK, and worked to deliver multiple acquisitions and investment rounds.

Prior to joining CRS, Graeme worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where he was involved in delivering consulting projects across a wide range of industries, including Tech, Products and Utilities. He was called as a Barrister to the Bar of Ireland in 2012.
