John joined CRS in 2018, working to develop the commercial strategy for the launch of the Group’s new UK Temperature Control division. John built the commercial team from scratch and delivered significant organic growth with new customers, before integrating the sales functions of 3 significant acquisitions since 2019.

Prior to joining CRS, John was Sales Director at All Seasons Hire. He has an extensive background in blue chip FMCG sales management from his time with J&J, Pepsico, and Britvic.
