Kelvin joined CRS in 2018, successfully launching their UK Temperature Control division from a greenfield site in Andover. Since that, he has overseen the successful acquisitions and integrations of Swegon Hire, Acclimatise and All Seasons Hire into CRS’ UK temperature control division.

He has extensive experience from a long career in the hire industry, initially with Thorn EMI before leading the commercial function in Andrews Sykes and then founding All Seasons Hire in 2005, successfully completing the sale of that business to HSS in 2015.
