Kevin joined CRS in 2019, initially as UK Finance Director before becoming Operations and Finance MD for the UK Temperature Control division. He stepped up to the role of Group Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) after successfully leading the complex task of integrating 3 acquisitions in 3 years. Prior to joining CRS, Kevin was COO at Masuri, a leading cricket equipment manufacturer.

Prior to that, he had been Finance Director at All Seasons Hire and held a number of finance roles at large companies in the South East of the UK, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
