Testimonials: how to use
Each section is a full-bleed Row with one variant class in Advanced › CSS Classes: testimonials-blue-center, testimonials-light-blue-center, testimonials-white-center, testimonials-light-slate-center, testimonials-blue-left, testimonials-light-blue-left, testimonials-white-left or testimonials-light-slate-left. The Row holds a subtitle Text, the Heading, an intro Text, then a Container with one Container per testimonial, then a Buttons element. Copy the whole row onto your page, then change the text, links and testimonials.
Testimonials
- Each testimonial is a Container holding the quote (a Text) and an author line (a Container with an Image and a Text). Duplicate a Container to add one, delete it to remove one; there is no limit.
- Two testimonials show side by side on desktop and tablet, one on mobile. When there are more than fit, the site adds previous/next arrows and faded edges, and the strip can be dragged or swiped.
- The author Text is one paragraph: the name in bold, then a line break, then the role and company. The quotation mark and the orange line are added automatically.
- The photo is optional: delete the Image from the author line for a testimonial without one.
- The last two rows show the testimonial cards on their own (Figma “Testimonial” card set: white and transparent styles, with and without a photo): the same Row and class with the subtitle, Heading, intro and Buttons removed. With two cards nothing scrolls, so no arrows appear.
What to ask your designer for
- Author photo: JPG, square, exactly 400 × 400 px, face centred (it displays as a 40 px circle). Name it
author-<name>-400x400.jpg. - Reference file in
media/wysiwyg/components/testimonials/:author-james-whitfield-400x400.jpg.
